Job Description

Position: Office Support Specialist

Location: Poway

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

We are currently seeking and Office Support Specialist to help a team in Poway, this role will support many functions from daily operations, customer service, billing and reporting as needed. This company is getting busier and manages international shipping and relocation of goods.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and respond to emails from customers

Support office staff with daily administrative needs

Data entry for billing team

Review reports for weekly meeting accuracy

Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

2+ years administrative experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate MS Office skills including Outlook and Excel

Immediate availability
